I've been playing guitar for about 40 years and my style has changed according to the life style I was in - Classical, R&R, Blues, little Jazz, C&W etc. I played with the well known Country Rock band "Coyote" in Phoenix, AZ for 10 years, and it sure defined my playing style. I love all styles of music, but my favorite is traditional C&W music for sure.
Jim Norman - Bass Guitar, Vocal
I began playing bass guitar at age 14. I put together a Rock and Roll garage band then joined the Air Force at age 18. Nearly 20 years later, about the time of my retirement from the Air Force, I picked up a bass guitar at a yard sale and began practicing. By this time I had developed a liking for Country and Western music. Around that time, I purchased a vintage German made stand up bass fiddle.
Bob Lewis - Lead Vocal, Rhythm Guitar
I began playing guitar at age 10. I come from a long line of Arizona musicians, with most of my family in bands throughout the state. I traveled on the road with Jim Monnett and the Arizona Outlaws where the group recorded the Arizona Outlaw album in 1978. I had the honor of playing backup for Merle Haggard; Johnny Cash; Sammi Smith; Waylon Jennings and many other fine musicians. I have also recorded three singles in Nashville, TN. Two of these songs charted on Billboard.
